My goal is to simplify health. I want to teach you how to take control of your own health.
As your health coach I will guide you to shift your behaviour to healthier habits by inspiring you to make small but consistent steps that work best for you.
Instead of prescribing one diet or one way of exercising, I will focus on teaching you to become self sufficient by observing your own unique response to different food and lifestyle changes and choosing what works for you.
