SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
2 apples
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
1 lime (peeled)
1/2 avocado
1/4 pineapple
1/4 cucumber
3-4 ice cubes
Method
Juice the pineapple, cucumber, apples, lime, kale and spinach.
Place the avocado into the blender, followed by the juice.
Blend until smooth, pour over ice and enjoy!
